This page explains, in plain language, how SplashCard uses the information you share with us.
Information you provide
When you request a SplashCard, we collect the information needed to create and support it—such as your contact details, requested username, and profile details.
How we use it
We use your information to create and maintain your card, communicate with you, provide support, process plan requests, and keep the service secure. We may send helpful service emails about your request, account, or payment setup.
Public profile information
A SplashCard is meant to be shared. Information you choose for a live profile can be viewed by anyone who opens its link or scans its QR code. Please do not submit anything you do not want to be public.
Payments
Pro payment authorization is handled by GoCardless. SplashCard does not store your bank-account credentials.
Sharing and security
We share information only with service providers needed to operate SplashCard, such as hosting, email, analytics, and payment providers. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
When someone downloads a public SplashCard brand-asset package or visits a public SplashCard campaign link, we may record the package or campaign, the date and time, the referring website domain when supplied, and approximate city and country information only when provided by the hosting network. We do not store raw IP addresses for these records.
Your choices
You may email us to update your information, request removal of a profile, or ask a privacy question. We will respond as promptly as we can.
