Using SplashCard

SplashCard provides managed digital business-card profiles and related services. Please provide accurate information and use the service lawfully and respectfully.

Your profile and username

Profiles are designed to be shared publicly. Only submit information you are comfortable making public. Requested usernames are not guaranteed; SplashCard.app may approve, decline, change, or release a username at its discretion.

Your content

You are responsible for the information, links, and images you submit. Do not use content that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, or infringes someone else’s rights. You give SplashCard permission to display your submitted content as needed to create and operate your profile.

Free and Pro plans

Plan features and prices are shown during signup. Pro plans require secure payment authorization through GoCardless. A Pro plan is not active until that authorization is complete. Contact us by email if you need help with billing, cancellation, or a plan change.

Referral program

SplashCard may offer a referral program, including Founder Pro recognition after five qualified Pro referrals. A monthly referral qualifies after 12 successful monthly payments while active. An annual referral qualifies after its annual payment is confirmed. Free, cancelled, refunded, failed, duplicate, self-referred, or fraudulent accounts do not qualify. We review qualifying referrals before changing any billing arrangement and may update the program for future referrals.

Service updates

We may update, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of SplashCard as the service evolves. We may also remove or suspend a profile that violates these terms or creates a risk for the service or its users.
